We pack and ship from Meyerton in Gauteng, and we deliver throughout South Africa.

All nine provinces are covered at the same rate, so a delivery to the Northern Cape costs the same as one across town. The exact cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

International orders

We do ship outside South Africa, including to the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, much of Europe and parts of Asia and the Middle East. Enter your address at checkout and the rate will show if we deliver to you. Any import duties or taxes in your country are for your account.

How long it takes

Delivery times depend on the courier and where you are. Please contact us if you need your order by a particular date and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.

Tracking your order

If you would like an update on an order, email hello@oudewerfcollectables.co.za with your order number and we will come back to you.

When your parcel arrives

Please check it when it arrives. If something is damaged in transit, send us photographs of the item and the packaging within seven days of delivery and we will sort it out. Our refund policy explains your rights in full, including the seven day cooling-off period on ready-made items.
